Full Spine Diversified:
The Full Spine Diversified technique is one of the most widely used and effective methods of restoring proper alignment to the spine. Full Spine Diversified is a hands on, highly specific adjustment with the objective being to correct spinal misalignments and remove interference to the central nervous system. After an adjustment, a patient will likely notice a relief in discomfort and feeling of realignment of their spinal subluxations.
Thompson Technique:
Thompson Technique is a specific chiropractic method of analyzing and adjusting that is a variation of the Diversified technique. It is unique in that it requires the use of a specific table with components that can be propped up and dropped down during an adjustment, easing the amount of force needed to align the pelvis and spine. You may notice Dr. Cruz analyzing the length of your legs at the beginning of your adjustment. This is because the Thompson technique is highly specific in its analysis of the spine. The leg length check guides the doctor in knowing which areas of your spine require the most immediate attention. Following your adjustment, Dr. Cruz will require you to walk around the office and again lie on the table. Once the leg length has been corrected, Dr. Cruz will let you know that the adjustment has been fully completed and give you further instructions on your care.
Activator:
The activator is a hand-held, spring-loaded instrument. Rather than the typical adjustment delivered by hand, the activator delivers a lighter, much more gentle, but quicker adjustment to the spine. Activator can be used as a primary treatment protocol for all patients or a selective method for patients who may not desire manual manipulation/adjustment or where manual manipulation/adjustment may be contraindicated.
Webster's:
Webster's technique is a chiropractic method of analysis and adjustment protocol specifically for pregnant patients. Webster's technique focuses on the sacral and pelvic alignment of the mother to be with the goal of balancing pelvic muscles and ligaments in order to reduce torsion to the uterus and allow ample and proper room for the baby to grow in proper positioning.
